Privacy Policy

IIAM Corporation Last Updated: July 7, 2026

1. Who This Applies To

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how IIAM collects and processes your personal data. This Policy applies to anyone who visits iiam-health.com (the “Site"), fills out a contact or demo request form, or signs up for our newsletter or marketing emails (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to data processed within the IIAM platform on behalf of our healthcare customers — that is governed by our platform Privacy Policy and applicable Business Associate Agreements.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Name, email address, phone number, organization name, and job title, when you submit a contact form, request a demo, or sign up for updates

  • Any message content you include in a contact form

  • Information you provide in surveys or other feedback on the Site

Information collected automatically:

This Site is built and hosted on Framer. Framer includes a built-in analytics tool ("Framer Analytics") for every site it powers. Per Framer's own published documentation, Framer Analytics does not use cookies and does not store any persistent identifier on your device. Instead, Framer calculates daily unique visitors by hashing your IP address and browser user agent together with a secret value ("salt") that resets and is deleted every 24 hours — so the same visitor is not tracked across different days. The resulting metrics are aggregated and anonymized, and may include: unique visitors, pageviews, bounce rate, average session duration, referral sources, UTM campaign tags, pages visited, your approximate country, and your general device/browser/operating system type (the latter three are estimates derived from standard browser information). Framer states this data cannot be traced back to an individual. (Source: Framer Help, "GDPR and cookies" and "How Framer's built-in analytics work" — framer.com/help/articles/gdpr-and-cookies/ and framer.com/help/articles/how-framer-s-built-in-analytics-work/.)

If we add any other tool later — such as Google Analytics, a chat widget, a CRM pixel (e.g., HubSpot), or embedded video (e.g., YouTube) — this section will be updated to name the tool and describe what it collects, since such tools may use cookies or collect data that Framer Analytics does not.

3. Cookies

As described above, Framer Analytics does not use cookies. Per Framer's own guidance for site owners on its platform, this means the Site does not require a cookie banner for analytics purposes by default. We do not currently use the Site to serve targeted advertising or build cross-site profiles.

If we later add a third-party tool that sets non-essential cookies — such as Google Analytics, a marketing pixel, a chat widget, or an embedded video player — we will add a cookie banner and update this section. Whether a banner is required, and what it must say, depends on where our visitors are located (e.g., the EU's GDPR/ePrivacy rules or California's CCPA/CPRA). Framer's documentation is explicit that this responsibility sits with us as the site owner ("data controller"), not with Framer (which acts only as "data processor" for any data we choose to collect).
